Hello, my name is Mario Likas and I am a pilot for a well-known airline and I fly a 747. In addition to my main job, I have been a real estate agent in the luxury segment for many years. Although I love my work as a broker, the superficial image of the industry has often bothered me. However, as my life has progressed, I’ve come to realize that there is tremendous satisfaction in helping other people, especially those who have not been as fortunate in life as I have been.
As the father of my son, it has become even more important to me to give back and use my people skills and passion for quality real estate to do good. That’s why I decided to convert commissions from real estate transactions into donations to charity in Frankfurt.
I am convinced that everyone can make a difference if he or she puts their effort into it. I hope that through my work as a pilot and real estate agent I can help make other people’s lives a little easier and happier.
Our sales process
1. The owner calls me and we arrange a non-binding appointment in the property.
2. During the appointment, I get an initial overview of the property and answer all of the owner's questions.
3. In my office, I evaluate the property and develop a suitable sales strategy.
4. Second appointment on site. I present the sales strategy and my valuation. Further details will then be discussed and, if desired, an exclusive brokerage contract will be concluded.
5. Object documents are prepared and checked for completeness.
6. With the help of a photographer, high-quality photos are taken in the property for the exposé.
